Four Year Federal Approved Training Program for PHCC Journeyman Certification
CLASSES STARTING SEPTEMBER 2025 AT THE LIVERMORE TRAINING FACILITY
PHCC-ACCC Local Plumbing Training Program
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age and have a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must pass the required entrance exam
- Must be willing to commit to a four-year program
- Must be willing to work for a participating contractor in the program (not required or guaranteed)
Entrance Exam:
- WRITTEN EXAMINATION
- Part 1: Reading and Comprehension (multiple choice)
- Part 2: Math Essentials
- Part 3: Ruler Basics
- ORAL INTERVIEW – (Taken at a later date)
Items to bring with you day of test:
- Highschool Diploma or GED (can be given at a later date if unavailable)
- Driver’s License
- $300 deposit
There is a non-refundable entrance fee of $300 to be paid at the time of taking the exam. You may not take the entrance exam unless the fee is paid the time of testing: via cash, check, zelle, venmo, credit card.
