Four Year Federal Approved Training Program for PHCC Journeyman Certification
CLASSES STARTING SEPTEMBER 2025 AT THE LIVERMORE TRAINING FACILITY
PHCC-ACCC Local Plumbing Training Program
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age and have a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must pass the required entrance exam (does not withhold you from entering program)
- Must be willing to commit to a four-year program 1 night a week
- Must be willing to work for a participating contractor in the program (not required or guaranteed)
Entrance Exam:
- WRITTEN EXAMINATION
- Part 1: Reading and Comprehension (multiple choice)
- Part 2: Math Essentials
- Part 3: Ruler Basics
- ORAL INTERVIEW – (Taken at a later date)
Items to bring with you day of test:
- Highschool Diploma or GED (can be given at a later date if unavailable)
- Driver’s License
- $280 deposit
There is a non-refundable entrance fee of $280 to be paid at the time of taking the exam. You may not take the entrance exam unless the fee is paid the time of testing via cash, check, zelle, venmo, credit card. (3.7% fee applied). Non-refundable fee does go towards schooling.
